When will I receive my order?

We are sending out your purchase within 24 hours after the ordering process is completed. The delivery time may differ according to your country, city or district. Orders take approximately 3 days nationally and 1 week internationally to arrive.

How much does the shipment fee cost?

If you purchase products with a value of 150 TL or higher or scarfs on we will be paying your shipment fee. For purchases below 150 TL and besides scarfs, the shipment fee is 7 TL for Yurtiçi Kargo and 4.90 TL for UPS.

If the delivery address is not located in Turkey, the shipment fee will change according to the total weight of the items and the country it is going to be send to. You can see your shipment fee during your ordering process on the "Address information" and "Payment" tabs.

If you want your invoice and order to be sent to different addresses, your invoice will be delivered via postal mail.

With which shipping company will my order be send?

For orders within Turkey we send our packages with Yurtiçi Kargo or UPS. Your products will be delivered to you by the company of your choosing. If you are not present at the registered address, the company will leave a note for you to pick up your package at the nearest branch. (If you don't pick up your package within 3 work days, the shipping company will send it back to

For deliveries outside Turkey we use DHL Cargo to send your orders.

How can I track my order?

For deliveries inside Turkey, you will receive an informational SMS and e-mail after your order has been send out, with which you can track your order. You can also track the status of your order via the link "Where is my order" on If you fail to enter your mobile phone number correctly during your ordering process, you will not receive a SMS.

For deliveries outside Turkey, you can click the link and enter your bill of lading number into the field "Tracking Numbers" and click "Follow" to track your order.

The package arrived damaged / crushed / wet, what should I do?

We carefully prepare your package at our facility before giving it to the shipping company. If the package arrives damaged, it stems from a transporting defect of the shipping company. If you encounter such a situation, the cargo worker needs to prepare a "Damage Investigation Report" before you accept the cargo and for you to be able to return the product to us.

Another thing you need to make sure is, that the cargo officer puts a correct explanation on the damage investigation report. For example: "The package is not damaged but the product is.", such an explanation can be interpreted that the product was not damaged during shipping and may cause problems during the exchange process. Please caution the cargo worker to use the right words for the explanation if the product is damaged.
(E.g.: When the package arrived it was checked and determined that the product was damaged.)

If you realize that your package is damaged after the cargo worker has left, please immediately contact the nearest branch of the shipping company and ask for help to prepare a damage investigation report. Please inform us, if you don't receive the necessary help of the shipping company.
